Our Mission
The Eastport Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit organization run by and for Eastport business owners that serves to achieve the following objectives:
- Foster business and community growth and development through economic programs designed to strengthen and expand the income potential of all Eastport businesses
- Initiate programs of a civic, social, and cultural nature designed to increase the functional and aesthetic values of our community
- Educate Eastport's business community and represent it in town, county, state, and national legislative and political affairs
- Prevent/address issues that may be detrimental to the expansion and growth of business in Eastport
- Promote tourism and attract new residents and businesses to the Eastport area
- Provide support and guidance to those starting new businesses in Eastport
- Advance the general welfare and prosperity of the Eastport area so that our community can prosper for future generations to come
